All of the friendly staff members are DBS checked and under-go an extensive in-house training programme including the training required to fulfil Community Equipment Prescriptions. We pride ourselves on our Customer Service and dedication to assessing our clients fully to ensure all products supplied are tailored to their individual needs without the use of hard sell tactics.
We have a dedicated customer service team who offer high quality support and are trained to handle all queries and requests for information. We are committed to exceptional service and believe that it is the long-term satisfaction of each customer that will help to define our own success.
As part of our service for stairlift customers we have a 24 hour a day breakdown line where you can talk to a real person 7 days a week and if the fault cannot be rectified over the phone you can choose to have an engineer visit you to give you complete peace of mind.
All our engineers receive extensive training both in-house and from external organisations in an on-going training programme which allows them to constantly update their skills and knowledge. Between them they have a wide variety of experience and provide a professional and accurate service.
You will also receive a friendly and professional service when visiting any of our stores. All store staff are highly trained and follow the same strict codes of conduct as our engineers.
